The right mix can help you be healthier now and in the future. Use Nutrition Facts labels and ingredient lists to find amounts of saturated fat, sodium, and added sugars in the foods and beverages you choose. Bagels and muffins may seem healthy, but they often contain two to three times the recommended portion size. Consume mostly whole grains instead of cereals or breads with refined grains. A golf ball is about the right size for a portion of peanut butter. Healthier fats have unsaturated fats and are usually liquid at room temperature, like oils.

So, my Top Secret Garcinia experience was neither super impressive, nor super disappointing. I did like that there were no jitters and no feelings of nausea (some of the other brands, like Simply Garcinia left me feeling a bit woozy on an empty stomach).

The weight loss with Top Secret Nutrition was eh, average, but again, if you have a sensitive stomach, it's a pretty decent trade off. I would say though, still, that this was probably the third most effective brand I've tried with regards to actual number of pounds lost.
